Happy New Year! Special thanks to each one of you who supported us again
so faithfully in 2007. We are truly blessed to have your prayer and
financial support.
New Warehouse Building
Last year we shipped two containers to Romania containing building
materials to build a new warehouse building in Romania. The new facility
will be built at Siminoc, a village near Medgidia. The building will
provide much-needed space to warehouse shipments of relief goods &
construction materials that we ship to Romania. Here goods will be sorted
and organized for shipment to our partner churches and organizations in
Constanta County.
Kogalniceanu Center Progress
Thanks to generous donations, construction of the street kids centre was
finally completed last year. Hand for Humanity donated most of the
building materials and sent several teams to complete the structure. It’s
great to see the project finished and the doors open to kids living on the
streets of Constanta.
Mangalia Social Housing Projects
This project consists of 18 small single-family dwellings. HFH donated
most of the building materials for the project. The city started
construction of the first nine homes last fall. The city plans to build
the other 9 homes later this year. Thanks to faithful donors like Milltown
Colony who generously helped with this project.
Thanks again to all our donors. We are blessed to have your friendship and
support. Thanks for being a blessing, and helping us help people help
themselves. May God richly bless each one of you, for your faithfulness
and your generosity.
Blessings,
Ben Kubassek
Bethlehem Church Report -
Medgidia, Romania.
The
Pentecostal Church from Tortomanu has experienced a constant growth of the
church body. At this time the building that we are using is very weak and
in the danger of falling down. It was designed to be a home and not a
public building and it cannot host more than 25-30 people in it. This is
why it has become necessary to expand the work that God is doing through
the construction a new building.
